    1. Verify our banking details, telephonically or in person, with us, with a staff member who you know is concerned with your matter, or that you have dealt with before;
    2. Verify us as your payee on your internet banking platform – such options should be available from your bank;
    3. Disregard any SMS’s/WhatsApp messages or emails that purport to change our banking details, or request of you to make payments to us;
    4. Have regard to any suspicious emails that may purport to come from us, but are transmitted from a domain other than ours;
    5. Be alert to any suspicious changes in email headers, signatures, or spelling, that may indicate that the email does not emanate from us; and

WE WILL NOT CHANGE OUR BANK ACCOUNT AND ANY EMAIL/SMS/WHATSAPP MESSAGE RECEIVED IN THIS REGARD IS TO BE REGARDED AS HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY.
